Have you ever heard of Mordecai Ham? It is because of his obedience to go and preach the Gospel in a little country church that Billy Graham got saved. Through Billy Graham, Cindy’s grandmother got saved. Eventually Cindy received Christ and her daughter and granddaughter are now Christians as well. It was the obedience of one man who went to preach the Gospel and make disciples.
Is your money producing a harvest in the Kingdom of Heaven?
Bold Faith Journey‘s mission is to make disciples so those disciples can go and multiply the Kingdom of Heaven. According to Paul the apostle, sending others to do the work of making disciples is part of building God’s Kingdom. Throughout the Gospel, Jesus commands us to go, grow and give. So, why invest money in mission work? Jesus said, “The kingdom of heaven is like a farmer who went out to sow seeds. Some seeds fell on good, rich soil that kept producing a good harvest. Some yielded thirty, some sixty, and some even one hundred times as much as he planted! If you’re able to understand this, then you need to respond.” (Matthew 13:3-9).
In November 2021, Bold Faith Journey will be sending 16 Pastors, Church Leaders and Missionaries to a Discipleship Training Conference in South Africa. The conference is hosted by Dr. Bruce Wilkinson, founder of Teach Every Nation and Bible School On Wheels. It costs $300 USD to send one person to the conference. We are looking for donors who are willing to sponsor one of the disciples listed below and help empower them to go out and make more disciples. Are you interested?
Have a look at their profiles and if you feel led to support someone, please email their name to Michael Maddy and donate. Your donation could change lives.
This generous God who supplies abundant seed for the farmer, which becomes bread for our meals, is even more extravagant toward you. First he supplies every need, plus more. Then he multiplies the seed as you sow it, so that the harvest of your generosity will grow. – 2 Corinthians 9:10
